Stewart
Singer
...
graduated
from North Dakota State University 1995 with Baccalaureate
degrees in both History and Architecture. His interest in
Anthropology began shortly after taking classes in Cultural
Anthropology and Crop Domestication. In the Fall of 2001,
he returned to NDSU to complete a year of intense undergraduate
coursework in the field of Anthropology.
Upon
finishing undergraduate study, Stewart plans to go on to Graduate
School. The topic for his Masters Thesis wil involve human
diaspora. The main centers of interest for diaspora are Northern
Europe, the Pacific islands, and Mexico/South America. During
graduate study he hopes to visit several of these regions
and possibly engage in fieldwork that will round out his education.
Stewart
plans to complete his education by continuing study into human
migration and colonization culminating in a doctoral dissertation.
A career in Anthropology includes teaching, fieldwork, and
writing.
